Gustav Radbruch Institute of Theory of Law currently provides education at all three levels of full-time and part-time study in the field of study of “Law”. At the bachelor’s (first) degree level, the Institute conducts compulsory courses of Theory of State and Law I and II and compulsory elective courses of Rhetoric for Lawyers, Comparative Law, Legal Informatics, Jurisprudence and Sources of Law. At the master’s (second) degree level, the Institute conducts compulsory courses Legal Thinking and Legal Ethics. The master’s (second) degree level study programme comprises compulsory elective course of Theory of State and Law to the elective state examination. The Institute also provides courses for doctoral students, namely Theory of Law, Theory and History of State and Law I and II, Basics of Methodology of Scientific Work, Contemporary Issues of Theory of State and Law I a II, History of Political and Legal Thinking and Legal Interpretation and Argumentation. In addition to the above-mentioned courses, Gustav Radbruch Institute of Theory of Law also provides law courses within the Erasmus+ programme – Comparative Law and Comparative Constitutionalism.
