The Commission for the Election of Candidates for the Position of Dean of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, Faculty of Public Administration for the period 2027-2031 (hereinafter also referred to as the “Election Committee”), publishes an updated list of registered candidates for the position of Dean of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, Faculty of Public Administration for the term of office 2027-2031:

On February 13, 2026, registered candidate doc. JUDr. Mgr. Michal Jesenko, PhD. personally delivered to the Chair of the Election Commission, Mgr. PhDr. Rastislav Král, PhD., a hand-signed written notice withdrawing his consent to stand as a candidate for the position of Dean of the Faculty of Public Administration at Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice for the 2027–2031 term.
Pursuant to Article 3(7) of the internal regulation Principles for the Election of Candidates for the Position of Dean of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, Faculty of Public Administration, the Election Commission excluded Doc. JUDr. Mgr. Michal Jesenko, PhD. from the list of registered candidates.
Elections for the position of Dean of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, Faculty of Public Administration for the period 2027-2031 will take place during the election assembly meeting on February 17, 2026, starting at 1:00 p.m., in the meeting room on the ground floor of the Faculty of Public Administration building of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, at Popradská Street No. 66, in Košice.
