On September 18, 2025, the Dean of the Faculty of Public Administration at Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, doc. JUDr. Mgr. Michal Jesenko, PhD., signed a memorandum of cooperation with Trebišov City, represented by the Mayor of Trebišov PhDr. Marek Čižmár.
The participants in the memorandum agreed on cooperation in the area of territorial self-government and on exchange of information and knowledge.
