On October 23, 2025, the Faculty of Public Administration of the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Východoslovenská vodárenská spoločnosť, a.s.
The memorandum was signed by the dean of the Faculty of Public Administration of the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, 𝐝𝐨𝐜. 𝐉𝐔𝐃𝐫. 𝐌𝐠𝐫. 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐤𝐨, 𝐏𝐡𝐃., Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of VVS, a.s. 𝐈𝐧𝐠. 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐯 𝐏𝐫𝐜𝐮́𝐜𝐡, Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of VVS, a.s. 𝐈𝐧𝐠. 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐁𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚́𝐭𝐨𝐯𝐚́.
The participants in the memorandum agreed to cooperate in coordinating activities aimed at successfully searching for and selecting high-quality graduates of he Faculty of Public Administration of the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice for VVS, a.s., on the possibility of short-term internships or professional practice for he Faculty of Public Administration of the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice students at VVS, a.s., as well as the possibility of using the expert capacity of he Faculty of Public Administration of the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice to prepare expert opinions or expert statements for VVS, a.s.
