to the Academic Senate of the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University, Faculty of Public Administration
for 2025 – 2029 term
to be held
on April 9, 2025
from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., in the meeting room on the ground floor of UPJŠ in Košice, Faculty of Public Administration
Candidates for membership of the student section of the Academic Senate of UPJŠ in Košice, Faculty of Public Administration are proposed by members of the student section of the academic community of UPJŠ in Košice, Faculty of Public Administration, to the Election and Mandate Commission for elections to the Academic Senate of UPJŠ in Košice, Faculty of Public Administration, for the term of office 2025–2029 (hereinafter referred to as “EMC”).
Candidates for membership of the employee section of the Academic Senate of UPJŠ in Košice, Faculty of Public Administration are proposed by members of the employee section of the academic community of UPJŠ in Košice, Faculty of Public Administration to the Election and Mandate Committee for elections to the Academic Senate of UPJŠ in Košice, Faculty of Public Administration for the term of office 2025–2029.
Candidates for the AS UPJŠ in Košice, Faculty of Public Administration, may also nominate themselves.
Each nomination for membership of the Academic Senate of UPJŠ in Košice, Faculty of Public Administration, must include:
- Name, surname, title, academic degree, position and job classification, age of the candidate and, for students, year of study;
- A written statement from the candidate agreeing to stand for election;
- Name and signature of the proposer(s).
Proposals must be submitted to the ballot box located at the UPJŠ Dean’s Office in Košice, Faculty of Public Administration.
Nominations for candidates for membership of the Academic Senate of UPJŠ in Košice, Faculty of Public Administration, must be submitted to the ballot box by 9:00 a.m. on 27 March 2025 at the latest.
The list of proposed candidates will be published by the Election and Mandate Committee for the elections to the Academic Senate of UPJŠ in Košice, Faculty of Public Administration, for the term of office 2025–2029, no later than March 28, 2025.
