On Monday, February 17, 2025, we welcomed a distinguished visitor to the Faculty of Public Administration at Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice – the former President of the Slovak Republic and former Mayor of Košice, Mr. Rudolf Schuster.
The president was welcomed to the faculty by the dean, Doc. JUDr. Mgr. Michal Jesenko, PhD., and the vice-rector for academic qualifications and doctoral studies at UPJŠ in Košice, Prof. MVDr. Monika Halánová, PhD.
During his visit, the president also met with students from the faculty, with whom he discussed topics related to the connection between municipal politics and the politics of governing the state as a whole, as well as political culture.
