Dear colleagues,
Education is a process whose results are always seen only after some time has passed, which is why teachers do not see the fruits of their labor immediately. However, the teaching profession is all the more demanding and requires perseverance, continuity, energy, intuition, and critical reflection, as well as innovation, vision, and effective approaches and methods. It is therefore in the interest of society as a whole that working conditions for the teaching profession continue to improve.
Allow me, dear colleagues, to express my appreciation to you on this Teachers’ Day and to thank you for your pedagogical work, and at the same time to wish you good health, plenty of vitality, creativity, and motivation in carrying out your teaching profession, as well as much success and satisfaction in your professional and personal lives.
Sincerely,
Michal Jesenko
Dean of the Faculty of Public Administration, UPJŠ in Košice
