On 5 March 2026, Zuzana Krell-Laluhová, the Head of Slovak Interpreters Unit at the European Commission, visited the Department of British and American Studies at the Faculty of Arts of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice. She introduced students to interpreting for the various European institutions. As well as presenting the career opportunities available to our students in EU institutions upon graduation, she also spoke about the possibility of internships in Brussels during their studies.
We would like to thank her for her interactive and engaging lecture and subsequent discussion. Our students left with renewed motivation for their studies and many new insights and valuable information.
