On Friday, 13 February, the Vice-Dean for International Relations, Associate Professor Vladimír Lichner, welcomed an international guest to our faculty – I Wayan Eka Dian Rahmanu, who has joined the Department of British and American Studies for a 10-month research stay under the National Scholarship Programme of the Slovak Republic. Mr. Rahmanu is currently a PhD student at University of Szeged, Hungary, and originally comes from Bali, Indonesia. His research focuses on teaching English as a foreign language, particularly in higher and vocational education contexts.
We are pleased to host Mr. Rahmanu at the Department of British and American Studies and look forward to fruitful cooperation, academic exchange and the sharing of international perspectives in language education.
