Research

Research activities focus on the application of new mini – invasive surgical procedures in gynaecology and monitoring their results in practice. In cooperation with the theoretical institutes of the UPJŠ Faculty of Medicine, scientific research dealing with pregnancy pathological conditions, represented primarily by hypertensive diseases in pregnancy (preeclampsia and pregnancy-induced hypertension), is gradually developing. In addition to medical and preventive activities, the basic tasks of the prenatal diagnostics department also include pedagogical and scientific research work.
