- Molecular-biological and phenotypic characterization of Clostridioides difficile and Enterococcus isolated from children and adults with clostridial colitis
- Antagonistic effect of bioactive substances on clinically significant antibiotic-resistant and biofilm-forming coagulase-negative staphylococci
- Implementation of the NexGen high-speed PCR method for laboratory diagnostics of COVID-19 and other causative agents of viral infections
- Integration of ultrafast PCR detection and sequencing into the pandemic preparedness system in Europe
