How the online
ordering system works
UPJŠ employees can order the daily menu in advance and avoid waiting in line during lunch time. Meals can be ordered online or via the self-service kiosk in the canteen.

Set your default canteen.

Order here
In the main menu, select I want to order. Choose the daily menu for the desired day and click Order.
Make sure to select the correct canteen location in the top-right corner above the daily menu..
The ordering system is closed at 2:00 p.m. on the day before the meal is to be taken.
Cancel an order
In the main menu, under My Orders, you can view an overview of your current and previous orders.
Here you can cancel an order, but only before the order deadline — by 2:00 p.m. on the day before the meal is to be taken.
Can’t pick up your order?
If the order deadline has passed, you can transfer your order to the Meal Exchange section under My Orders. Another employee can then purchase the meal from the exchange. If no one purchases it, the cost of the order (€2.05) will be deducted from your paycheck.
If you missed the deadline to order your favourite meal, visit the Meal Exchange section in the main menu. You might find it there!
Are you unable to eat at the university canteen for health reasons?
After submitting a medical certificate from a specialist to the Human Resources Department, you can apply for an alternative meal allowance in the form of meal vouchers.
Alternative meal provision is available for the duration of the health-related reasons stated in the medical certificate. Once these reasons no longer apply, you must inform your employer.
