You have the right to obtain from the controller the restriction of the processing of your personal data where:
- you contest the accuracy of your personal data, in which case the controller shall restrict the processing of your personal data for a period enabling it to verify the accuracy of the data;
- the processing of your personal data is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of its use instead;
- the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you require it for the exercise of legal claims; or
- you object to the processing of your personal data, in which case the controller shall restrict the processing pending verification of whether the controller’s legitimate grounds override your legitimate grounds.
Where the processing of personal data has been restricted, such personal data may, with the exception of storage, be processed only with the data subject’s consent or for the exercise of legal claims, for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of important public interest.
The controller shall inform you before the restriction of processing is lifted.
