You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to the controller in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
You also have the right to transmit those personal data to another controller, where technically feasible, provided that the processing is carried out by automated means (i.e. electronically) and is based either:
- on your consent; or
- on the necessity of the processing for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
The exercise of this right shall not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others. The exercise of the right to data portability is without prejudice to the right to erasure.
The right to data portability shall not apply to processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.
