Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice offers university teachers and PhD students of UPJŠ the opportunity to attend the educational course Pedagogical Competencies of a University Teacher, which supports their professional development. On 16 June 2025, they will have the opportunity to explore the topic “Communication and Cooperation” during a workshop focused on verbal and non-verbal communication, active listening, and building team collaboration. The workshop provides tools for leading effective discussions and resolving conflicts.
Participants will learn how to communicate in various teaching and academic contexts, collaborate effectively with colleagues and students, and create a positive and open communication environment.
