Throughout 2025, Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice organized intensive language courses of German, French, Italian, and English languages, specifically designed for the university’s senior staff.
The series of courses began in June with an intensive German language course. In August and September, intensive French, Italian and English language courses followed. Each of the courses consisted of 20 teaching hours and was led by a qualified lecturer, with a focus on communication skills and language situations tailored to the professional focus of the participants.
The courses were held under the project Audit of the level of internationalisation and implementation of internationalisation projects of higher education institutions and research institutions (Activity 10.1). They also represent another important step forward in strengthening internationalisation and improving the overall quality of communication within the international academic environment.
