– open data and legal frameworks, directives applicable in the Slovak, European, and international contexts;
– open research data and personal data (GDPR);
– which research data can be licensed under public licenses and under what conditions;
– the difference between the CC0 tool and public data licenses (e.g., ODC, OGL, CDLA);
– databases and their copyright protection, public licenses;
– research data and AI – EU and Slovak regulations governing this area;
– software and its copyright protection, use of public software licenses, etc.
