The Institute of Physical Education and Sport at UPJŠ invites you to the 24th AEROBICS MARATHON, which will take place on 11 November 2026 in Gym T5 at Medická 6.
The event will feature three hours of group exercise in 55-minute sessions, with short breaks in between.
Participant registration will take place from 14:45 to 15:00, followed by:
Dance Aerobik (15:00 – 15:55)
Aerobik Mix (16:00 – 16:55)
Move Your Body (17:00 – 17:55).
Drinking water and refreshments will be provided.
The best female participants who complete all three hours will receive prizes.
