Workshop dedicated to the principles of HRS4R and OTM-R

The management of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice and the HRS4R Implementation Committee invite you to a workshop dedicated to the principles of HRS4R (Human Resources Strategy for Researchers) and OTM-R (Open, Transparent and Merit-based Recruitment). During the event, current procedures and recommendations related to transparent recruitment and selection procedure, as well as the development of a high-quality working environment at UPJŠ, will be presented. The workshop will be led by international expert and evaluator PhDr. Barbora Wahlová and the Vice-Rector for Internationalisation, doc. Ing. Silvia Ručinská, PhD.
