Thanks to their international reputation, the research team members received a number of invitations to plenary talks at conferences, for example, Szczyrk, Poland 2015; Patras, Greece 2014; Bern, Switzerland 2014; Lublin, Poland 2014; Olomouc, Czech Republic 2014; Sofia, Bulgaria 2013; Vienna, Austria 2011; invitations to lectures at European universities, e.g., Max-Planck-Institute, Leipzig, Germany 2010; Nijmegen University, The Netherlands 2012; Michele Montaigne University, Bordeaux, France 2012; Palma de Mallorca University, Spain 2012; Utrecht University, The Netherlands 2011; Amsterdam University, The Netherlands 2009; Diderot University, Paris, France 2013; Edinburgh University, U.K; an invitation to visiting professorship at the University of Regensburg, Germany, 2007; an invitation to a research stay at James Cook University, Cairns, Australia.

Journal

P. Stekauer, L.  Körtvélyessy and R. Gregová are editors-in-chief of an international online Erih+ journal SKASE Journal of Theoretical Linguistics (founded in 2004).

Conference organization

All research team members take active part in organizing conferences: Word-Formation Theories /Typology and Universals in Word-formation (Prešov/Košice 2005, 2009, 2012, 2015). Each edition of this conference was attended by influential international morphologists; therefore, it ranks among the most prestigious conferences in the field of word-formation.

In addition, the research team members organize workshops at international conferences that are regularly attended by prominenty experts. Körtvélyessy a Stekauer organized workshops within the Societas Linguistics Europea conferences in Naples, Italy, 2016; Logrono, Spain, 2011 and Lisbon, Portugal, 2009).  Stekauer co-organized workshops within the ESSE conferences in London, U.K., 2006 (with Ch. Gagne, University of Alberta, Canada) and Strasbourg, France 2002 (with H. Baayen, currently University of Tubingen, Germany). R. Panocová co-organized a workshop within the ESSE conference in Košice in 2014 (with  P. ten Hacken, Innsbruck University, Austria).
