Under the auspices of Mr. M. Šefčovič, Vice-President of the European Commission, from 9th to 11th October 2012, the greatest international student fair and presentation of universities – 16th annual ACADEMIA & VAPAC fair of education, work and travel took place in the premises of National Tennis Centre in Bratislava. 232 exhibitors of educational and employer institutions from Slovakia, Czech Republic, France, Austria, Germany, Hungary, Great Britain, Netherlands, Cypress and USA participated in the event. It was visited by almost 10.000 students from all the regions of Slovakia and from the border region of Czech Republic – Moravia. The opportunity to acquire presented information was used by the high school headmasters and teachers, as well.
Deputies of student and staff part of UPJŠ (Adriana Kóšová and Angelika Novotná – students of Faculty of Natural Science, Renata Lišková – referent for marketing and Adriana Sabolová – chancellor of UPJŠ) presented with dignity the options to study at the faculties and took part in the active promotion of all parts of our university.
