Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice actively participated in a series of university fairs called Roadshow – Kam na vysokú (Where to go to university). Study opportunities were presented by staff and students from all five faculties: the Faculty of Medicine, the Faculty of Science, the Faculty of Law, the Faculty of Public Administration, the Faculty of Arts, and the Institute of Physical Education and Sport at UPJŠ in Košice. At each event, they met with hundreds of students who expressed great interest in our university, faculties, and study programs.
The university fair took place in Poprad on September 30, in Prešov on October 1, and in Košice on October 2, 2025. High school students were primarily interested in the admission requirements for individual faculties and the Institute of Physical Education and Sports, the course of study, opportunities for practical training, and the employment prospects of graduates. Our representatives presented modern teaching methods and the advantages of studying at a university with a long tradition and international reputation.
The exhibition was primarily intended for 3rd and 4th year secondary school students who are beginning to think about their future careers and education. More than 50 prestigious educational institutions from Slovakia and the Czech Republic, including renowned universities and faculties, presented themselves at the Roadshow – Kam na vysokú fair.
