Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice offers university teachers and PhD students of UPJŠ the opportunity to take the training course “Pedagogical Competences of a University Teacher” to support their professional development.
On 9 April 2026, participants will have the opportunity to explore the topic “Communication and Cooperation” as part of a workshop focused on verbal and non-verbal communication, active listening, and building team collaboration. The workshop provides tools for effectively leading discussions and resolving conflicts.
Participants will learn how to communicate in various teaching and academic contexts, collaborate effectively with colleagues and students, and create a positive and open communication environment.
