UNIPOC invites you to the course Mindfulness-based stress reduction (8-week series of sessions from 14 April 2026 to 2 June 2026).

The course lasts eight weeks and is an evidence-based programme that helps participants effectively manage stress and work with feelings of anxiety and emotional tension. Through mindfulness training, participants learn to become aware of how they respond to challenging situations, thereby strengthening their psychological resilience.

The group is limited to a maximum of 15 participants.

The course will take place in the Minerva building, on the 1st floor in the multifunctional room, with the Slovak as language of instruction.
