Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice offers university teachers and doctoral students at UPJŠ the opportunity to take an educational course entitled Pedagogical Competencies of a University Teacher, supporting their professional development.
On 9 March 2026, participants will have the opportunity to explore the topic of “Reflection and Self-Reflection” in a workshop focused on developing reflective and self-reflective skills in teachers.
Participants will learn to systematically reflect on their teaching practices, identify strengths and weaknesses, and formulate plans for improvement. The block includes various methods of reflection, including keeping reflective journals, peer review, and analysis of their own teaching videos.
