Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice offers university teachers and PhD students the opportunity to take part in an educational course Pedagogical Competencies of University Teachers, which supports their professional development.
On 9 October 2025, participants will have the opportunity to explore the topic Active Learning through a workshop focused on methods that actively engage students in the learning process. These include discussions, group work, problem-solving, simulations, and other interactive techniques that enhance engagement, promote a deeper understanding of the subject matter, and create a stimulating learning environment that fosters critical thinking and creativity.
Participants will learn how to apply theories that support effective learning and teaching.
