On September 10, 2025, Tuan Trinh, director of EIT Digital Region East, accompanied by Krisztian Gala, visited Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice. They were welcomed by prof. MUDr. Daniel Pella, PhD., Rector of UPJŠ, together with doc. Ing. Silviou Ručinskou, univerzitnou profesorkou, Vice-Rector for Internationalization and Dr. h. c. prof. MUDr. Pavlom Jarčuškom, PhD., Vice-Rector for Strategic Development and Investments.
During the meeting, they discussed opportunities for deepening cooperation in the field of digital innovation, education, and research, with an emphasis on connecting the academic environment with practice within the European area.
