The Slovak Academy of Sciences, Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, the Technical University of Košice and the University of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy in Košice have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The main objective is to create a group of top scientific and educational institutions of the Slovak Republic, which will cooperate with each other in order to improve the provision of higher education and contribute to the development of the science, education and culture of society in the form of a “scientific cluster”.
The scientific cluster and the main points of cooperation were presented at the joint press briefing by the rectors of three universities of Košice and the President of the SAS on Tuesday 1 October 2019 at 13.00. in the meeting room of the Rectorate of TUKE on Letná street no. 9 in Košice.
