UPJŠ Rector received diploma of the European Academy of Sciences and Art membership

Prof. MD. Ladislav Mirossay, DrSc. attended the meeting of the General Assembly and the election of the Senate of the European Academy of Sciences and Art, which took place on March 7 to 8,  2014 in Salzburg. EAVU was established in 1990 and its main function is a development and spread of scientific knowledge as well as the promotion of large international projects, support for European integration, the development of sciences and arts, etc.  EAVU (based in Salzburg) has its delegations in 26 countries across Europe, the U.S. A , whereas its Slovak part has about 50 members. There have been 15 new senators elected for the following five years. Mr Felix Unger, the President of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts , among others, has awarded  diploma of  EAVU membership to our rector prof. MD. Ladislav Mirossay, DrSc.
