How to submit the new
Online Application Form

Whether you’re applying for studies or a traineeship, this site offers a simple, step-by-step guide to completing the online application form. The link to the form will be provided to you by your contact person at our university.
Step 1 – Registration & Signing in
First of all, please choose the  Menu icon in top left corner, and choose English from the drop-down menu next to
 the cogwheel icon.
Now, you can create an account by choosing Registration in the Menu.
After the registration, please sign in by choosing Signing in in the Menu.
Step 2 – Choosing study degree
After successfully signing in, you will see a search box. Please select Other study (degree N) option from the Select study degree drop-down menu, and type Erasmus into the Enter stud. prog. name field.

Based on the Faculty you were nominated to,Add to briefcase one of the programmes:
- EraFF: Erasmus – Faculty of Arts
 - EraFVS: Erasmus – Faculty of Public Administration
 - EraLF: Erasmus – Faculty of Medicine
 - EraPF: Erasmus – Faculty of Science
 - EraPrF: Erasmus – Faculty of Law
 
Step 3 – Starting with the application
By scrolling to the bottom of the website, you can find My briefcase with your new application.
In the briefcase, tap on the New application button, and then choose ✓ Finished.
In the following My uncomplete applications section, please choose the Fill-in option.
Step 9 – Attended universities
In this step, click on the Add a school abroad button and a new window will open.
Please fill in the following fields:
- Country
 - University
 - Achieved degree*
 
and click on the Save button at the bottom of the window.
*Achieved degree: Please enter the EQF Level and Year of Study you will be enrolled in at the time of your mobility (e.g. EQF 6, Year 3 = You are a Bachelor student who will have succesfully completed 3 years of study by the time of the Erasmus).
- EQF 5 = short cycle
 - EQF 6 = first cycle, i.e. Bachelor or equivalent
 - EQF 7 = second cycle, i.e. Master or equivalent
 - EQF 8 = third cycle, i.e. PhD or equivalent
 
Ignore any troubleshooting stating that the university data is not populated. We only require the data for the fields specified above.
Step 11 – Attachments
The only attachment that is required of Erasmus students is Language Proficiency Form. Accepted formats are .jpg, .png, .pdf. We accept all certificates and other documents issued by your home university as a proof of language proficiency.
We kindly ask you not to attach any other documents. All other attachments will be discarded.

Now, you can create a new account by clicking on the Registration button.
After succesfully creating an account, please proceed to Signing in.

In the last step, you can check tha validity of your personal information.
Erasmus students are fully responsible for the validity of their personal data. We are not responsible for any issues caused by submitting invalid data.
After you are completely sure about the validity of your data, please click on the Confirm application button. That’s it!
