Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice offers senior staff from all UPJŠ departments the opportunity to develop their leadership skills. On 26 June 2025, they will have the chance to explore the topic “Conflict Resolution and Mediation.” Participants will learn about different conflict resolution styles and identify their own preferred style. Through role-play exercises, they will take on the roles of mediators and conflicting parties to practice conflict resolution techniques. In group discussions using case studies, they will analyze real workplace conflict situations and seek appropriate solutions.
