Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice offers its academic staff and PhD students the opportunity to complete the course Pedagogical Competences of a University Teacher, which supports their professional development. On 9 December 2025, you will have the chance to explore the topic “Educational Psychology” during an interactive workshop that will provide an overview of psychological theories of learning, including cognitive, behavioural, and social psychology. The aim is to learn to identify and understand the fundamental psychological principles that influence learning and teaching, and to apply these basic psychological principles in pedagogical practice.
