Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice offers senior employees from all UPJŠ departments the opportunity to develop their leadership skills. On 22 and 23 May, they will have a chance to explore the topic of “Strategic Simulation.” Participants will work together in teams to solve simulated crisis situations, analyse them, seek solutions, and discuss possible approaches. The facilitator will provide feedback to help improve teamwork and decision-making processes. They will also discuss ways to implement the acquired knowledge in real work situations at the university.
