Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice offers a professional development opportunity for university teachers and PhD students through the educational course Teaching Competencies of a University Teacher. On 2 June 2025, participants will have the chance to explore the topic of “Motivation” during a workshop focused on techniques for increasing student motivation.
Participants will learn to understand the psychological factors that influence learning and motivation and how to implement techniques to enhance both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in their teaching practice.
