Collective Agreement between the Coordinating Trade Union Council of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers at the University of Pavol Jozef Šafárik in Košice (KOR OZPŠaV at UPJŠ) represented by its President, Dr. Helena Mičková, and the University of Pavol Jozef Šafárik in Košice represented by its Rector, Professor Daniel Pella, was signed on Wednesday, February 21, 2024. The Agreement regulates collective relations, rights and obligations of the contracting parties, working conditions and conditions of employment at UPJŠ, individual and collective relations between the employer and its employees.
The Collective Agreement includes two annexes:
– Principles for the creation and use of the Social Fund,
– Principles for the implementation of supplementary pension savings for 2024.
The Principles enter into force on the date of signing the Collective Agreement for the year 2024 and become effective on March 1, 2024.
