Thanks to the Horizon 2020 UrbanHist project of the Department of History, run by a consortium of four universities, the Faculty of Arts of our university holds a leading position in the research on the history of 20th century European urbanism. The main objective of the project is to conduct a comprehensive interdisciplinary research on the evolution of European urbanism in the last century geographically covering the whole continent. It primarily focuses on identifying and interpreting common developmental tendencies.
